Hi everyone,

I have been reading the list for one month. Very interesting

conversations.

I take 2 g of fish oil every morning. BUT I don’t think that is the

point. Most important is to have an overall understanding of your total

diet. First one has to have the basics under control. I use a software

that tells me calories, fat, vitamins, minerals, fibres, cholesterol,

etc.

We probably are better of getting what we need from our food that eating

it from a can. (I take my fish oil a bill, but it tastes so offal

otherwise.)
