Guest guest
I'm still here. I read everyday but haven't posted. I am doing the Stratton antibiotic protocol and I am waiting for the medication to start nebulized sinus treatment. I have had some really bad flares on this protocol (bad enough several times that I made peace with my maker) but I have come through them. I have been on antibiotics since the spring of 2004 and the Stratton protocol since Aug 2004. The progress I am noticing most has been a reduction in neurological symptoms and a reduction in all over body pain. I do still have all the classic FM points which are a 9-10 pain level when touched. I have had a lot of trouble with yeast and I take Nystatin and Diflucan for that. The doctor has recommended also taking grapefruit seed , Oregano Oil, Pau d' Arco, and one other supplement I can't think of at the moment for yeast. I also take supplements to help with the detox of endotoxins. Get liver and kidney labs once ea month. Marie. I too appreciate this site and hope it continues. tbrownerski <tbrownerski@...> wrote: What happened here? This forum and the prior one have been a great source of information and probably the best out there on the subjects covered. Everyone has their own personality and style from the brash and irrevrent to the easily hurt and sensitive which should be appreciated. This is what makes us all human and enriches the experience. Guest guest
We're still here, just a lull in the action, I'm sure. People always quarrel...fact of life. Some are grumpier than others...another fact of life. I agree, we are not obligated to participate. I'm sorry I haven't been as attentive to the list as I'd like to be but I've had a million things going on. I've recently raised $800,000 for a charity, finished one sculpture and started another, am writing a book, am getting my daughter ready to leave the nest and move to Europe in 11 days, just celebrated my other daughter's birthday, trying to get ready for Christmas and get my house and life back in order at the same time, while still looking after my health. I've been doing all this with " CFS " . Obviously, I'm doing a lot better now with my basic triple attack of abx, anti-fungal, and Benicar. I still crash after busy days, and I still have a long ways to go in rebuilding my strength but I'm 180 degrees from where I was a year ago. I still have a long ways to go to completely eradicate this infection, and I can learn from everyone here, so I'll be back, but I have to say it's been a huge relief to not be focused on my illness 24/7 and to be able to focus on living life again. penny > > What happened here? Guest guest
That is wonderful Penny. So glad to hear of your turn for the better. Here's to hoping everyone does the same, and soon. Merry Christmas to all...Thank God for christ, for without faith in salvation through Christ's sacrifice, Gods anger would stii burn against us. What a glorious gift. > > > > What happened here?
