Another indicator of low zinc is white spots on the fingernails, but I think the alkaline phosphatase is the more reliable indicator. Supplementing zinc should help. Elevated alanine aminotransferase in general suggests that cells are suffering in the liver, heart, skeletal muscles or pancreas. Your value is not very elevated, but it may be that the things you are taking are affecting your liver. You might consider taking milk thistle or its active ingredient, silymarin, to support your liver.
