Guest guest
Hi Friends, I'm going on 3 weeks post op and probably doing more than I should. My sisters came back to back shortly after my return. When I asked how everyone's recovery had gone prior to surgery to TCS surgery, it sounded like a breeze. I'm far from doing any normal activities yet have nasty muscle spasms. My husband is insistent on me cutting back on muscle relaxants already as well as pain meds, and I don't think I can do it yet. I think he's tired of setting the alarm clock every 3 hours at night. What did you find helped you with the pain and spasms other than medications? I laid down all day today, getting up and moving around every half hour, but that didn't help either. Any ideas would be appreciated.
