Guest guest
Cpnhelp.org has alot on the Stratton protocol/investigations. Reading Strattons patents (search at uspto.gov, his first name is ) is quite interesting. Essential reading, really; I quite wish I'd read them months ago. Basically, " Stratton Protocol " denotes various triple therapies whose composition is informed in part by Strattons abx sensitivity tests on Chlamydia pneumoniae, using a method which appears to be a great deal sounder than foregoing methods for measuring chlamydial sensitivity. The protocols always include a nitroimidazole. This makes sense as my impression from reading a few hundred patient reports (of various levels of detail) is that the latter tend be powerful on the whole, despite an inevitable set of patients who do not seem to benefit from them. Nowadays my opinion of nitroimidazoles might be a bit influenced by my own superb results from using tinidazole, but it was the same perceptions about its potency for others that led me to use it in the first place. It seems most working from a Strattonian angle use their nitroimidazole in short, well-seperated courses, such that they are off of it most of the time. Personally, as I suffer no herx or side effects from tinidazole, I find it highly desirable to use as much as safely possible. I take 2 g daily, the max accepted dose. > > Can you share some information on the Stratton protocol. Carol >
Guest guest
Read all about it on Cpnhelp.org. This is a website started by a contributer on this forum. It has grown in popularity and among the guests are Doctors who are using the protocol. I am happy to say that I told my Dr. about it and he is a contributing guest as well. I have been on the protocol since Aug. 2004. Marie alsoEJFISCH@... wrote: Can you share some information on the Stratton protocol. Guest guest
That's great news! yes, I'm really impressed with STratton's approach too, out of all of them, he seems to best understand the big picture. > > Cpnhelp.org has alot on the Stratton protocol/investigations. > > Reading Strattons patents (search at uspto.gov, his first name is > ) is quite interesting.
