Guest guest
Hello everyone, I sent in my application for Shriners, but didn't fill in a Shriner Sponser bc/at the time we didn't know any. Is this something everyone else has filled in or was it okay to leave it blank? Do they just assign one to you? I ask bc/come to find out one of my in-laws neighbors is a Shriner. They didn't know before, but do now so just curious how that's worked with everyone else that goes to a Shriners Hospital. Thanks, (mother to 8 1/2 months old)
Guest guest
, No worries on the sponsor. This part of the application really held me up. I was told by the Care Coordinator at Shriners SLC, not to worry about it and just to leave it blank. We were accepted in a matter of days. Good luck. ~Krista Mom of Jack now 19 months old in 2nd cast at SLC Subject: Shriner SponserTo: infantile_scoliosis Date: Thursday, February 26, 2009, 4:38 PM Hello everyone, I sent in my application for Shriners, but didn't fill in a Shriner Sponser bc/at the time we didn't know any. Guest guest
Hi - We didn't put anything down for that, it must not be necessary. -Heidi Subject: Shriner SponserTo: infantile_scoliosis Date: Thursday, February 26, 2009, 8:38 AM Hello everyone, I sent in my application for Shriners, but didn't fill in a Shriner Sponser bc/at the time we didn't know any.
