I lived with my Father for 14 years, then moved in with my Mom, whose husband was in the service. I met someone in Germany, which led me to Maine (my first husband......and a bad mistake). Later on, when I met and married my second husband, we moved to his hometown in Massachusetts. He is a plastics engineer, which brought us to Ohio, because he took a job with Goodyear. And now he is in charge of this region, and works for General Electric. So that should explain the migration. ;o) Sharon

I did use a bus to commute to my job in DC (I worked for the FBI) I'm pretty sure you can use the new Metro system (subway) hopefully even if you have to take a bus to get to a station Barb who did ride the subway when we last visited and found it confusing but the people are helpful
Guest guest
Thanks , I think every city needs a metro!! IT helps alleviate traffic and helps the environment (yes this coming from a Republican). Plus, its great not having to worry about parking and being able to read while traveling to and fro. I actually should get a bike, good exercise. I had one for a while in Austin, but this is the land of bike thieves no matter how good your lock is...... speaking of which..for those of you who alternate Taebo with other exercises. How intense are these exercise. Yogan and walking or more aerobic? I cant decide if I should add more aerobics or spend more time on muscle training and cut down a little on the Taebo. I always feel like if I'm not doing aerobics I'm not working out. Only problem is, it can be boring and repetitive so I am taping a bunch of tv programs to vary the weight work-outs which are mainly upper body. Brisk walking is aerobic & may help endurance and fitness level as well as get you some Vitamin D & fresh air if outside. Yoga & Chi will improve flexibility & help to relax those challenged muscles. IMHO Tae-Bo does produce more benefits than any singular exercise and is alot more fun but it doesn't hurt to add other things for variety to avoid burn-out if time permits Barb who tried to go back to cycling but my knees complained
