I cant post a legal case here but would like to add to what in

paradise wrote.

Winning a case such as this is not as hard as it sounds. Both sides

will go through your medical record swith a fine tooth comb.

I was told by a orthapedic surgeon that in legal battles concerning

meurosurgery or neurology expert witnesses must testify according to

published material and using your medical records. so if you are

having no symptoms prior to an accident and your involved in one and

then you start having symptoms they must testify truthfully. if they

dont they take the chance of loosing there medical license.

Both Dr. Ellenbogen and Dr. MIlhorat have studies out that say that

about 25%of people become symtomatic after an accident. so trauma

causing a person to become symtomatic is common.

I know that acm/sm causes a person to become dissabled but these

conditions effect each person differently with that said do not

exagerate your condition and dont tie yourself to any answer.

For instance if you dont drive or dont drive very far dont say you

cant drive because of these conditions just say i dont drive and if i

do i usually dont drive very far its just as easy and your not tiing

yourself to a answer. An accident that causes a dissability can

prompt the insuranse company to investigate. follow you around take

pictures etc. somtimes itll happen somtimes it wont. and they can

check your computer they probably wont but they can so be crefull

what you write.

I'm not trying to get anyonew nervous but after battling an insurance

company for over 3 years and during a deposition their attorney knew

what and where my wife was and how she was living and how she got

around or get grocieries and such i dont want ppl to underestimate

what insurance companies will do trying to relieve there

responsibility. Fortunatly she did not exagerate her condition and

everything she was claiming was true.

Hope this gives someone some help

Take care

Don
