Guest guest
Since we all want to increase the (fruit) fiber intake for our kids -- I figure when we can find something natural and reasonably priced we need to share! On a recent trip to Trader Joes I found (and my son liked!) TJ brand Cape Gooseberry Fruit Bar -- 100% fruit 4g fiber TJ brand Fiberful - apricot dried fruit with psyllium, flaxseed and inulin -- 6g fiber Unfortunately neither are organic. The organic fruit leather only has 1 or 2 grams of fiber per bar - so it's a tradeoff.

Guest guest
Read again -- 4 grams and 6 grams of fiber -- 45 grams would be like eating a 1 1/4 cup of flax meal!
