And that is exactly what I thought of course -- that you knew what you were doing and had it all under control the whole time. I'd be using whatever > works. Probably not enough of anything to work. It didn't seem like that big a problem before, so now I still don't really know what helps me. Maybe nothing! I dunno. Benicar helped a bit but wasn't stellar. Recently I have been throwing a few bromelain tablets and an asperin and maybe a turmeric capsule down my throat and just hoping it's doing something besides probably burning out my stomach! When I get back on abx maybe I'll risk some Ibuprofen. Really nothing ever seemed to make much of a difference to me except the abx over a long period of time.
