I'd like to compare the details line by line, but from the abstract it

appears Straubinger has just repeated, or roughly repeated, Steeres

long-ago experiment on the phagocytosis of low-passage and high-

passage Bb. Which is an experiment I posted on early last winter.

Unlike Steere, Straubinger found no difference in the strains' (non-)

resistance to phagocytosis.
