Guest guest Posted December 7, 1999 Report Share Posted December 7, 1999 I just used the formula to figure out the body fat percentage.. results are 9.67%....now i don't know what is normal or good...what should the body fat percentage should be...is 9.67 ok, too much or what???if anybody knows please tell me if I am in the right ranges or do i need to get rid of alot of fat....I am 25, 5'3 " 142pounds...trying to be 125....what should my body fat range should be??? Guest guest Posted December 7, 1999 Report Share Posted December 7, 1999 I got 9.9% when I calculated using the measurements you gave. When I did mine, I got 13%, but when I remeasured my wrist with a ruler, it was actually 2.5 inces, not 3. That took it from 13% to 21%. Try remeasuring the flat of the bottom of your wrist with a ruler. Don't include the sides.
