Just because we can't recognize " intelligence " with our own gigantic brains, doesn't mean it doesn't exist somehow. Or that ours isn't the result of self preservation just as much as the bacteria's is. Maybe their's is just more efficient. Doesn't even need a brain. Takes up less space. :-) Tony, you should know all that. You're the perfect example of a unique brain. :-) (I do have to compliment folks on their restraint here, considering you've been setting yourself up pretty good with this. I've been holding my breath :-). We've got such big brains, yet we have such difficulty figuring out how to beat bacteria so small we can't even see them (or their tiny little brains). :-) I don't know if it's intelligence or what, but I'd be willing to trade some of my brain power for some of theirs. :-) penny > Yes Sireee I am.
