Guest guest
--- I weighted 350++ in 1985. I have been 210-215 for 20 years. Calories in, Calories out. I write down every day what I eat along with the calories. If I don't then I " lose track " of how much I ate for the day and then its forget for the week and.......well you all know how it goes after that. If the stock market climbed like fat pounds do we'd be billionaires.

Whatever happened after that time was an enigma. I not only grew 2inches (post puberty stretch is what I called it)I started expanding in girth. Men! Donot think that it is only women who gain weight after child birth, I picked up the tonnage too. Since then I have been on a serious eating regimen and I am back to " amphibious warfare weight " . I aligned myself with a group of people who have helped me take the fat off my waist and put it into my wallet. A win win situation. You can be billionaires and lose the weight as well. How about this for a success story. When I got married, I was 6 feet tall, 182lbs. Some years drifted by, my wife looked at me with disdain because I went from looking like a tank to looking a tanker. 6 feet 2 inches tall 34 years old and weighed in at 246lbs. A heart attack waiting to happen. I didn't have a six pack, I had beer barrel. I tried everything from hypnotherapy to slimfast. Just a scant while ago I got with some guys and told me about some natural products and exercise regimens to try, at 42 years old I am still 6 feet 2 inches tall but now I weigh in at 204lbs. I am not Mr. Universe yet, but give some time to turn this thinness into muscle, naturally. If you want some advice on how to get this done, y'all got my e-mail address so come on a meet on the quarter deck! OOORAH!!
