3 square meals or snacking?

How do you all eat your food out there? Are you sticking to meals with no

snacks or grazing all day? Of course you can hear pros and cons to both sides.

Wondering what the consensus was on this list. Thanks

Most days I eat 3 meals plus a few snacks. Breakfast

and lunch tend to be simple, snacks are nuts, cheese,

fruit and the like, dinner somewhat more elaborate.

This works for me, although I do tend to over-snack if

I'm bored or stressed. Now that my diet is much

higher in quality fats than it used to be, I find I

have less " need " to graze all day to keep my energy

level steady - my blood sugar seems to be better

regulated than prior to this kind of eating (it was

really bad on a low-fat/high-carb diet!). I guess

that's more info than you asked for.
