Guest guest Posted November 9, 2001 Report Share Posted November 9, 2001 Most days I eat 3 meals plus a few snacks. Breakfast and lunch tend to be simple, snacks are nuts, cheese, fruit and the like, dinner somewhat more elaborate. This works for me, although I do tend to over-snack if I'm bored or stressed. Now that my diet is much higher in quality fats than it used to be, I find I have less " need " to graze all day to keep my energy level steady - my blood sugar seems to be better regulated than prior to this kind of eating (it was really bad on a low-fat/high-carb diet!).
