general question for everyone

One question for everybody: almost everyday for varying amounts of

time I have severe bouts of dysphoria to the point that it almost

makes me ill, and the worst part is it feels centered right around my

penis, as if my genitals are sick. I'd describe it almost as the

complete opposite of pleasure (although short of physical pain most

of the time), and related to this I can't experience much emotional

pleasure at all either, often my face feels 'frozen' into a frown,

etc. Does anyone else feel like this? Or are people more

conventionally depressed (by which i mean low mood/energy without

feelings of 'sickness')? Or are people for the most part fine aside

from, of course, the reason we're all here?

I guess I'm trying to figure out what problems I have are related to

the effects of ssris and what are more my own problems, if they can

even be distinguished.

I've also noticed that benzos/ambien/lunesta make me feel the worst

of all, esp in the morning, just absolutely 100% terrible. Strangely

enough though, I always have energy despite the fact that I never

sleep, it's my hyperaroused state that keeps me able to function.

Such a strange mix of awful symptoms...
