Guest guest
Peg, email me at jenbooks13@... the addy which I try never to look at cuz its spam central. Anyway, in summary, here's my advice: 1) Find out the brand they're using. Write it down if your memory is fuzzy. If you react again, then ask to switch brands. Experiment until you find a brand that works for you. 2) Drink a lot of water before during and after 3) Ask them to hydrate you with a saline IV first...those are osmotically balanced. 4) Get there early in the morning and drip VERY slow and even if tolerating it don't speed it up. That way you can probably avoid benadryl, steroids, and other crap they give to stop reactions.
