Guest guest Posted March 12, 2006 Report Share Posted March 12, 2006 Hi, Just got on here, and new to this. I have been working out with weights doing a number of differnt things. Anyway my question to anyone is I have a lot of muscle soreness. I am 53 and I know that doesn't help, and I am working out 3 days a weeks, working different muscle groups each day. Is there a specific supplement that helps with the soreness? Thanks for any help, as I'm sure in time it will keep better.
