I lost 2 pounds and my hubby is rewarding me with a new tape.

Although I don't have the answer to your question (I have not even dared do the AL1 and 2 tapes I have, since I learned I was pregnant), I have to say CONGRATULATIONS on the weight loss!!! WAY TO GO!!!!
