I have recently been experimenting with L-Tryptophan, thanks to a

friendly gesture

The effects are quite interesting for me.

I took it bc I hoped it might help with sleep and colon problems.

It seems that it has other effects too.

In the stated dose, 1-2 tablets a day I notice.

+ Improved mood. Generally more relaxed.

+ Some definite effects on colon. Up and down as I'm playing but it is

seeming to help.

+ With sleep i still wake a few times through the night but I am

reaching REM and Stages 3-4. I awake feeling like I have slept better

than b4.

+ General immunity seems slightly better with it. Its difficult to say,

but I do feel my immunity is stronger. (This is one of the most

interesting things I think.)

+ Taking more than the stated, I.e. 3 tablets a day is a bit rough.

Something odd, but not a good feeling, slightly intense waves. I wont

do that again.

I would be very interested on what others have found with Serotonin. It

would appear to hold a potent clue to our general well-being.
