Guest guest
I started to read this group because my 87 year old mother is on miralax. I think she uses a generic and I have been concerned that it doesn't do anything to help the health of her digestive system. I recently found In-Liven a probiotic super food with full spectrum of lactobacillus - the good bacteria that you need to be healthy. Unfortunately many of the things we eat or take kill off the bacteria we need for our bodies to work properly. You can read about it here http://nurturingorganics.mionegroup.com/Education/pdf/In-Liven_your_health.pdf I have uploaded a CD about InLiven. You can listen to it at www.NurturingOrganics.com - click on the InLiven link.
