Hey, if it's pseudomonas (or probably any bug), then the betadine

rinse recommended by Stanford could really help. (I still haven't

picked mine up - am never near a walmart - they have the big

bottles. :-)

Helen, do you have a Grossan Hydropulse (nasal irrigator)? They're

really easy to use. You can shoot stuff up into your sinuses with

complete ease, and it pulses at the rate the cilia would, if

functioning properly.
