Penny - inflammation, coagulation & electrolytes

Hi Penny

Based on numerous past experiences, good and bad, I looked into

different ways to address the inflammation and coagulation issues due

to how they affected me. I have had a PE, and infections or high temp

linked problems associated with ISAC ( Berg).

So I started on vit D3 building my dose up gradually. Added in natto

that not only breaks down fibrin but also helps prevent it's build

up, it has a mild ACE inhibiting effect. Turmeric, once I found a

source my GI tract would tolerate, also helps with inflammation and

fibrin. Other enzymes (bromelain and pancreatic) help too but I only

use small amounts of these now. Diet seems to influence inflammation,

energy, and pain levels. Fish oil had already proved useful. Samento

acts as an immune modulator but had previously caused too much die

off, now it's at a more sensible level when its obviously occurring.

These have led to a quietening down of IS dysfunction ie over

reacting in some areas but not sufficiently effective in others.

These measures, especially vit D3, had already helped to improve

endocrine related problems which had come to a head when I allowed

myself to herx too hard and too long earlier this year. Thanks to

feedback, especially Agent Bleu's contributions, over what looked

like thyroid storms I realised my electrolytes were part of the

problem. The heat can set off the same reactions and my coagulation.

Recuperat-ion, which is formulated to match ideal intracellular

levels, looked the most likely solution generally and to help with my

reactions to heat, die off etc. I take one sachet, split into two

separate doses, and that seems right for me. Well the temp went up, I

felt worse generally but that horrible reaction did not happen, and

so far it has not occurred out of the blue as it used to either. Now

symptoms related to the endocrine system are more stable than they

have been for years.

I seem to have achieved more stability in both my endocrine and

immune systems than previously been possible since becoming ill.

Whether it will last I don't know, but I am hoping when changes, or

additions, to my protocol for infections are made I won't have such

severe and prolonged problems with the die off.

Cheers, Tansy
