Winter, comes with festivals and loads of activities to do...

Like skiing, ice skating etc. etc....but good skin care is

essential to save your skin from harshness of winter.

Here are seven NATURAL

SKIN CARE TIPS to have a smooth, soft

skin and protect your skin from any harshness due to winter.

1. Starting from your head.... cold weather in winter causes

to dry your hair, to restore its softness massage your hair

twice a week. if your skin is too dry do oiling 3-4 times a

week. you also can apply aloe vera gel to make them shiny

and smooth. It's important that you protect your hair from

cold.

2. Take good care of your eyes...

use good eye cream to protect the dedicate area around your

eyes. use glasses to protect you from child air and prevent

wrinkles.

3. LIPS: Lips tends to dry out fast... covered them with Lip

Balm. apply milk cream while sleeping. petroleum jelly is

good to protect your lips.

4. HANDS, LEGS, & other parts of body: Use lukewarm oil

of

sesame or olive or coconut to massage your body before bath.

just massage 5 min before you go to bath. Do not use

chemical soaps while taking bath. Instead of that use rice

flour, or gram flour adding milk or cream to it.. For

fragrance add some rose or jasmine oil.. Massage your hand

and legs while sleeping. Can add rose oil for fragrance.

5. feet care: to protect your feet from deadly painful

cracks... dip your legs in lukewarm water thrice a week.

after wiping neatly apply any oil or cold cream to it.

6. BATH: Take a

bath with lukewarm water. Don't use to hot

water. Take bath only once a day :)

7. HYDRATE yourself: water is important to balance the

moisture in the skin. Drink lots of water.... or use plenty of salad and fruits

in your diet.
