Yea my thyroid is out of whack, (TSH is in the 3s) but more on the hypo

side, yet symptoms range from typical hypo to hyper. I am definitely

mentally hyper.

Getting up and playing on the computer during the night is not uncommon

in this house.

but interesting that the warm head temp allows a clean night sleep. Its

like if the head don't get the warm temp, the hormone cascade does not

begin and the wired feeling commences.
