Guest guest
: Yes- and Lyme uses decorin binding proteins to hide from the immune system upon initial infection. And if it can also selectively supress the cytokines expression we need to help it - then it's easier to imagine how high the pro- inflammatory cytokines can be... and without the opposition of the regulatory cytoines.. you have run away high level inflammation. You may have missed the paper on Malaria that I cited to recently. You may find this paper intersting as well. Yes.. some pathogens direct the immune system for their own gain - THAT'S what we were talking about a few days ago. That's why there's a need to a modulator... and it would be nice to know which one would be the correct one (based on what they actually do... hense our discussion on Benicar and HCQ).
