Guest guest Posted August 10, 2001 Report Share Posted August 10, 2001 Hi, I like to cook occasionally with wine or vermouth, and I noted happily that NT has some recipes using these. I was just thinking that unless it's organic, should we be concerned in the same way that we should be careful of fruit juice. Can you even get organic wine? Is there a recommendation for what kind of wine would be safest, or is this not an issue? I suppose the small quantities involved could make it moot, but I was wondering...
