ACE inhibitors vs ARBs experience

I would like to tell my own experience taking ACE inhibitors and

ARBs.

The ACE inhibitor I took (Enalapril) is the best thing I have taked

for downregulate pain cause it lower MMP9 and some citokynes but

by another hand it make me very weak.

The ARB made me feel better from heart and strong but I got an unbearable

high pressure in head.

have anybody take this two drugs at the same time??

I have read something about taking both at the same time in someplace
