Thanks Deb, I will look into the DMSO. Actually I do have some. I just started back on C silver sinus spray and its really helping me. In the past I made my own but stopped as the particle size supposedly was not right. One of the reasons that sinus problems are so hard to cure, even with the best medicines, is that the source of the infection has protected itself with a layer of flem and mucus and nothing can penetrate that. DMSO is a solvent and can penetrate everything. The DMSO will carry the CS to the source of the infection.

So the nose spray bottle is intended to spray up your nose. You will be amazed with the results.

I recommend reading the book "DMSO" by Dr. . This is another miracle substance being suppressed.

Go to the health food store and whatever they have will be fine. Some DMSO has some distilled water added and that is fine also. (look for DMSO in a glass, not plastic bottle).

Buy a 50 ml spray bottle of Ayr Saline Nasal Mist (this can be found at Walmart, CVS, etc.). Remove the cap and if you push sideways on the tip it will pop loose. Discard the saline, rinse with distilled water, and refill with CS, and preferably with 5% DMSO.

Using a dosing syringe (like those for children), pull 2.5 ml from the DMSO bottle and put that in the nose spray bottle. Then pull 10 ml from a glass of CS and inject that into the spray bottle. Do that 5 times which will fill the nose spray bottle with 50 ml of CS. The 2.5 ml of DMSO is 5% of 50 ml.
