AND I think that if more people knew about this, our lives would be a lot easier. Yes . . . in fact, maybe it's a good time to introduce the concept of getting organized about this in some way? I'm not in a position to do much at the moment, because I'm still desperately job-hunting, but when I get hired somewhere and things stabilize for me (soon, please, soon!!!), I'm willing to jump in and see what I can do. Meanwhile, if anyone has done or is willing to do research on how to best start bringing sound sensitivity into public awareness, or has any ideas, or wants to brainstorm together . . . we're beginning to develop some critical mass here, and we might want to start thinking about ways we can use that in a more coordinated way.
