Guest guest
Yes and no. OspA is dangerous for some of us, but the keet downregulates that pretty quickly once in the human host and upregulates OspC. I think its making our body make tons of OspA antibodies, which it would not normally be doing, which then causes a huge problem for some. > Lymerix is an important topic for shedding light on CFS/lyme/whatever. > > For anyone interested in scratching their head over this one, its vital > to get at some primary patient testimony in addition to scholarly > writings ( " study nature, not books " ): > > http://flash.lymenet.org/ubb/Forum1/HTML/036341.html
Guest guest
Do you know experimental evidence for the view that OspA expression in the human is minimal? I have read this in many places, but I never bothered learning the experiments. The only one I know even cursorily provides only indirect insight and was executed in mice. Meanwhile Nanagara and Hulinska have both used IEM to show OspA in humans, and s ref on this issue last week was also very enlightening. Anyways, I am (as of 5 mintues ago when I tried to start walking home) interested in a model where high vaccine-induced titers of antibodies to OspA cause Bb to detect an eradication threat, and therefore drastically upregulate its net rate of multiplication, thus throwing off a balanced, asymptomatic symbiosis which, it should be noted, offers immense selective advantages to both organisms, whether or not there may also be some disadvantages. However this model does entail alot of very speculative stuff, which I will now go right ahead and speculate about on my way back to the chemistry homework dungeon <strokes beard>, peace out yall. Guest guest
I spoke with one of the primary researchers yesterday, not for publication, for me to understand the organism. Now I understand what all the Osps do and when and what VLSE's do etc. This organism has so many tricks it has no worries about one antibody. It just downregulates the one targetted at it and upregulates others and makes lots of decoys. It has the capacity to make millions of antigenic shifts through vlse mechanism alone. > > > Lymerix is an important topic for shedding light on > > CFS/lyme/whatever. > > > > > > For anyone interested in scratching their head over this one, its > > vital > > > to get at some primary patient testimony in addition to scholarly > > > writings ( " study nature, not books " ): > > > > > > http://flash.lymenet.org/ubb/Forum1/HTML/036341.html
