(Which is a bit different than suggesting it is a super-powerful antigen in itself.) He has since withdrawn this idea. I dont think he has withdrawn his claim that he sees OspA seropositivity in almost all of the people he deems to have borreliosis. She has basically found in mice studies that your genetics determine your inflammatory response to the spirochete and its lipoproteins.
