Engels wrote a brilliant book on this subject, Wild Health (which I reviewed in Herbal Thymes a few months ago, sorry can't remember which one). It amuses me when I hear GPs talk about " traditional medicine " - meaning orthodox!! - when it's quite clear that natural medicine goes back to a time before humans even evolved!
