Dear Steve,

I am also new to this group. As far as I know Reverse-Loaded Squats are when

you keep your weights behind your feet insteed infront. So the compression on

disc will not come anteriorly which is dangerous. Reverse-Loaded Squats will put

pressure on posterior element only.
