Mel how fantastic to have lost that amount of your waist. When I

took my measurements a couple of months ago when I joined the gym, my

waist and hips were the same!!! I was horrified and although I have

lost off my face, chest, ass and legs, my middle did not budge. It

is only in the last week that I have felt different in the tummy

size, but haven't pulled out the tape measure yet - perhaps I'll do

that tonight. I was banded 19 Jan and since 19 Dec I have now lost

15.5kg so it is finally starting to happen and the couple of kilos

recently is really noticeable, but yes the food - it's like having a

funeral for my mouth everyday. I had a kiwi fruit an hour ago to

curb my fruit craving and that caused me so much grief and I now hope

it hasn't upset my constitution for the rest of the day. Will try

lunch about 1pm and hope for the best. Some choccie biscuits arrived

an hour ago as well and I've locked them in the cupboard but I can't

get the visualisation out of my mind about the taste of the orange

poppyseed ones with thick lashings of chocolate - buggar. You know I

have always struggled with drinking the required amount of water and

now I'd do anything to just polish off a glass of the clear stuff in

one hit instead of 2 tsps full and then the big burpathon. Oh boy

I'm having a bad head day today and feeling sorry for myself.

Anyone heard from Maree - wonder how she is doing in Qld. Very funny

and cheeky of you to text in caps yesterday.
