WOW! Instant relief from that application of Mag oil to my neck! Thank you Jim for the great tip! I hope it holds for a while...well even if it lasts 2 min it was worth the respite.

my Mag oil: first night

Hi all!

The Mag oil I ordered from Swansons finally arrived yesterday. I put it on before bedtime around 9:30. It's only been one night. I didn't notice any burning or ANY sensation at all. While I was falling asleep (better at this lately), I didn't notice that my muscles were more relaxed but when I woke up in the early morning, like I always do and cannot get back to sleep, I noticed how relaxed I was and did go back to sleep. Then when I woke up for the morning at 5:00 am (THAT's very good for me), my neck did not hurt. Now it is 9:15 am and it hurts so I will try a spritz.

I am also using lithium orotate and Salt/C when I think of it. Today I will rife.

Best,

Holly

Hi Jim,I used just a few sprays of mag oil lat night and noticed a more relaxed sleep. Woke, but was able to go back under without a run to the loo, thanks in part to Golden Book and 8-Flavor Rehmannia, and mag oil. I dod, however, notice muscle cramping in my legs this a.m. and wonder if the mag requires extra potassium. Any thoughts?Be well,Léna WOW! Instant relief from that application of Mag oil to my neck! I've been seeing posts about Magnesium

oil. I was wondering where you put it on your body? Do you put it

where you have pain. If I don't have pain in one certain spot, where

do I put it?

Wondering, could we crush up a magnesium

pill and mix it w/castor oil, olive oil and apply it, would it do any good?

probably cheaper, maybe not the same effects.

I don't think crushing a pill would do the same thing. A little Mag oil shouldn't break the bank. Try a small bottle from the Swanson online store...Barbara Henkel's product to see if it works. If you do not like it, I am pretty sure Swanson has a return policy, even pay for your shipping to return it back to them. Save the receipt when your order arrives and you can ship it back if you don't like it and get back your $. Call Swanson to make sure but I think this is their policy.

Everyone has been saying spray it on your arms/legs. I put it on my neck too be/that hurts. It's been almost 4 hours since I sprayed it on my neck again this morning and my neck still feels painless.
