What is your mission?

I emailed you, I just read the Cullen review. It was such a nice clear

summary and I want to follow up on some of the citations too. Since

Cullen is in Oz...I may first try to talk to Haake, who is here. I

hope they can answer some of my questions. Thanx!

Now that I've read that review, I see that LPS don't really matter, in

terms of my questions, for BB. Lipoproteins are what matter. AMazing

how it has all those silent cassettes and can exchange to make

millions of antigenic variations of OspC. I mean, the more I read the

more I felt I was dealing with a massive intelligence and an amazingly

complicated machine.

Right, LPS is said to be absent from both Bb and Tp, tho present on

some of those little leptospire guys. But I dont know the experiments.

The lipoproteins are faaar less antigenic when cleaved. Its the

combination of the lipid and protein moeities that makes em hot stuff.
