is,

it could quite possibly be yeast or bacteria overgrowth, or both!

Stinky poos in our house usually mean bacteria.

Are you having alternating constipation and diarorhea or mainly loose

movements, sorry to ask but these things can give important clues to

what may be going on.

Also, what does your diet mainly consist of? Are you still eating

sugar?

I don't think any of those suppliments would cause the problems you

are describing. You could perhaps try taking them out, one at a time

to see if that helps, you may find a culprit.

Maybe the chelation is causing yeast overgrowth, i've heard this

mentioned before as a common side-effect, but i am not an expert on

this, perhaps others will chime in, Mandi???

Ok i will increase the probiotic supplements to one in the morning and

one at night.

im having darker stools (sample being sent to the doctors on Monday).

They vary from loose to very stiff. In fact it's bordering on

constipation.

>

i have been told to keep a food diary for when i see the dietician in

November. At the moment my diet is a mess. Today ive had hummus,

steak, bananas, 7up, supplements and potato cakes. i have some frozen

broccoli that i am going to try and cook to get some green veggies in

me. Brain fog is really bad at the moment due to lack of sleep. Gas

pains could be causing the lack of sleep.

A vegan pasta meal at the beginning of the week didnt provoke my

system at all. Hard to tell if some safe chocolate is affecting me or

not. Also eaten some safe birthday cake. im not craving anything

sugary AFAIK.

i found garlic made me angry so i took it out. Also H & B supplements

that contain sulphites and nitrates have affected me behaviourally in

the past.

i am taking DMSA which has less chance of causing yeast overgrowth AFAIK.

Hello is

I had a blood test for allergies and found I was allergic to some

things I loved (peanuts!) wheat, shelfish, cucumber, but also beef.

It may be worth asking for an allergy test so that you can eliminate

anything else hurting your tummy.

is,

from what you are saying i suspect it is more likely yeast overgrowth

with the bloating and borderline constipation. you could up the

probiotics more and cut out the sugar, there would be alot of sugar

in 7up if you are drinking the normal stuff not sugar-free.

Another thought is that you reacted badly to garlic which is a high

sulphur food i believe, so this may also be a reaction to the DMSA

which is a suphur containing compound. Have you used DMSA before and

been ok with it or are you new to using it?

Sorry, i don't know what AFAIK means, its a new one to me could you

or someone else translate for me please, thanks!!!

Oh dear, ive a MCS relative of mine fighting yeast for over 13 years now.

Sugar free can contain sweetners. i was drinking the 7up for the malic

acid to aid with aluminum removal. i was supposed to be an aid to my

AC protocol chelation therapy.

DMSA has been fine with me so far. i can have garlic in my cooking but

it causes wind when undercooked. i could investigate the sulphur

connection but im unsure after the epsom salt suppliers in the uk

being poor?
