Are there any particular good stretches that I can perform after the cramping begins? It usually occurs during a good effective abdominal workout. Furthermore, once in a while a sudden movement in the torso or hearty laughter will trigger the abdominals to cramp. Are there any nutritional deficits that need addressing?
