I may have gotten two much as it happened after I had loaded up and then continued to take 3000mcg 2xs weekly and 3-5000sublingual daily. I have since tapered off and tolerate 2000 injected wkly with some sublingual thrown in every few days. I know that the Bs definitely reduce stress which is ever present with a chronic illness but I am watching the B12 carefully.
