i am a 24 year old single mom... i have had taebo for about 6 months.. i did

it every day for the first 2 months i had it, then i got sick and took a few

days off while i was getting better... and i never started back up! i need

to get back into it and i am looking for motivation... although i do know

that the best motivation for doing taebo comes from actually doing it! i

need to lose about 150 pounds and i have been losing weight but it is sooo

slow!! i need to add this exercise to my day to make it all happen faster

and also i am trying to change my whole lifestyle so that once the weight is

finally off i can keep it off for good!!

Hi,

Welcome to the group!! What is your name? How old are your kids? I am a 23

year old mom myself. I also had over a hundred pounds to lose, but now I only

have 40 left to lose. It has been a long, slow journey. But it can be done!

YOU CAN DO IT!! That is so great that you have decided to get back into Tae

Bo and if you are looking for motivation, you are in the right place!! You

definitely have the right attitude about weight loss. That is the first step.

I look forward to hearing more from you!

Hey Nicci,

My daughter is 4 also! You absolutely can lose the weight. You just need to

keep going. My biggest problem used to be that I would get discouraged and

quit. I still get discouraged, everyone here can testify to that, but I will

never again quit or give up on myself. I figure that if you eat right most of

the time and exercise, the weight has to come off eventually!! Good luck!

:)

Carol,

try a 21 day challenge to make Tae-Bo a daily habit.

even if some days it is just the 8 minute work-out

Barb

who just doesn't feel as good on my rest days
