Just thought I would mention that my migraines have stopped and I am

able to tolerate the full dose of flucanzole (150mg) (last migraine

7 days ago). In order to do this I have had to be really strict

with my diet and my blood sugar and everything else is great on a

low carb diet with lots of good fats, protein and vegetables but

only 2 ryvita daily, no bread, only 1 tiny potato daily and very

small quantities of low glycemic fruits.

I have had 3 days in a row when I have felt the best since getting

so sick in 2000. I know its early days but I have some very

encouraging signs that the flucanzole is doing something (nearly 3

weeks since I started the treatment).

For the first time in 6 years I am able to tolerate contact lens in

both eyes, previously I could only manage one in the left eye which

according to Shoemaker's visual sensitivity test wasn't affected by

neurotoxins but the right eye was definitely affected badly and 3

times failed the test. It would constantly weep, be red, itch and

be so sore when wearing any contact lens at all (and sometimes

without a lens in too). Now I can wear both for 12 hours solid with

no eye problems whatsoever.

But I have a question to J about this. How could this eye

problem be linked to yeast, surely its more likely to be linked to

the borrelia and neurotoxins?
