Trust that which you know: you're getting smaller. :-)

I am going even further and kicking it out and giving a new one a home soon

I have to say that I am not at all tempted to try the scale at this

point. I couldn't finish my workout today because I twisted my knee (my

cross-training shoes hold my feet to the floor when I need to turn) and

I'm sure the scale would say the same thing it has for the last month

and a half. I have realized my scale and I are no longer on friendly

terms. After 23 lbs our relationship turned sour. I'm giving it the

cold shoulder until it can say something nice!

Hey, you're beautiful! You don't need the nasty scale to confirm what

you already know! Throw it away and trust your inner voice to let you

know how you're doing.

Try working out bare foot. Tahts what I do. Just make sure you " land soft "

with knees bent when you're " on your toes " jumping. Most martial artists

take their classes in bare feet or in karate shoes. So, there is nothing

wrong with working out with tae bo in bare feet.

It will help you balance, and your shoes won't snage you when you're trying

to turn.
