Guest guest
Penny, You post an excellent article on the role of infection in intracable pain. I want to keep this handy as I've an appt. with my infectious disease doctor. Was there an url that I could go to and print out the full text? I would appreciate it if you could help me locate it. I want to attend this appointment with my " guns loaded " . (Live in texas, you know) thank you Peg
Guest guest
Hi Lanelle, Sorry, but the article I posted was emailed to me exactly as I posted it. I don't have any further information. Perhaps do a search using some of the key words? Somewhere, I think I still have a study about trigeminal nerve pain being caused by infection, if that would help. You can find it on-line as well, if you do a search for NewCastle University and something like " jaw pain " or " TMJ pain " . It could at least support your argument about infection being the cause of pain. I know a lot of people, as I think you do, who've been dx'd with neuralgia/nerve damage as the cause of their jaw pain, but see their pain go away when they take the correct abx. Of course, most docs prefer to ignore that. penny --- In infections , " Peg " <lanelle@h...> wrote: > Penny, > You post an excellent article on the role of infection in intracable > pain.
