Guest guest
Hi Isobel Look in Bartram under 'exploding head syndrome'. (Yes, really!) I had a patient with this, responded well to nervines with lots of Avena, but it took a while. One thing which really helped her was realising that she wasn't the only one, partly through showing her the entry in Bartram, and also a similar entry in a book entitled 'They don't know what's wrong'; a compendium of unusual problems compiled by the GP who used to write for the Telegraph.
