Guest guest
When one reads Stratton's patent for the eradication of persisting chlamydial infection, one wonders why Wheldon chose the combination of a cycline and a macrolide + metronidazole pulses. Stratton suggests using: - metronidazole - isoniazid (INH) or niacin -DMSA or a penicillinamin - an abx (pref levofloxacin, sulfamethoxasole/trimethoprim, azithromycin, clarythromycin, minocycline, rifampin) Can anyone comment? The patent is long. Nelly
