2) What is the meaning of " light " here:

(a) an electromagnetic radiation or ( a device of little weight?

3) Does " electrical peripheral nerve block monitoring stimulators " means:

(a) electrical stimulators for monitoring peripheral nerve blockage?

( electrical monitoring of peripheral nerve blockage?
