Guys

I first had symtoms of non allergic rhinitis for 2 years then I got polyps and aspirin sensitivity

after a bad virus and I must have had a very bad bacterial infection then. that mucked up my

sinuses.

Could the symptoms of non -allergic rhinitis be misdiagnosed as a fungus proplem?

I am assuming Samters triad inflammation among others inflammatory mediums is with high eosinophilia and eosinophilic toxic protein and starts of as non allergic rhinitis with eosinophilia

in most cases.

No doubt sometimes I feel a full blown acute bacterial infection specially in winters and that unfortunately requires antibiotics (I have read that there is a correlation candida leads to staph infection etc.)

The main reason now I suspect fungus or at least a fungus ball (my xray show a mucocele right hand side maxillary) is that when

I blow my nose the wonderous stuff is very white in colour.I am also worse after eating cakes

biscuits etc anything sweet

I do not have access to good clinics here for swabs etc so

I am wondering if I could battle the stuff out independently with medication /no sugar diet/probiotics & anything else that pops in mind.

O well eventually (ohi then eimai ellinida eimai pantremeni me ena)
