Guest guest
Interesting. I guess bugs are everywhere. After all, research shows gum infections raise risk of heart attacks. I'd like to hear more about the salt. I think there is something to this protocol. I'm trying it with care. I did about 7 grams yesterday. I actually like it. But it strains my kidneys (achy) and I do get somewhat weak. Butu I notice today I am a bit better...just a slight shift to the positive. I am dong less today. I am planning ot pulse it--a few days high at about 6-7 grams, then a few days low. I am making a soup of potatoes celery and onions which i NEVER do but my body seems to be demanding replacement minerals because of the salt. so I'm listening to it, I am actually having a craving for a soup just out of that. Interesting how the body talks to you. Does the salt kill through dehydration, or osmostic shock, or another mechanism? They add in Vitamin C--what you said about biofilms is also interesting. However I had the idea that together they created a hydrogen free radical bomb. I don't now if Tony would want to experiment. If salt already kills everything, adding in Vitamin C would not show much, but...if he mixed a solution of salt/c and told me if it had greater antibacterial effect than salt alone I would be grateful. Even so, the body regulates osmolarity and blood saline, but the supposition here is you're getting to upper levels of tolerance and that bothers the bugs. > > INteresting. Guest guest
P.S. by vitamin C I mean ascorbic acid. The acid part is key. TIA for any thoughts or Tony if you experiment I would be grateful!
Guest guest
Jill\ Osmosis, but it doesn't kill everything it restricts growth by 50% often.I notice some culture plates have a certain amount of salt when trying to isolate certain bacteria.I wouldn't play the rampo up ramp down game just go hard on the salt low levels are actually bacterial requirement to make more cells.I would beleiev that using salt to get your blood levels up to run around and take care of the mush in your skeleton and adding a mild acid(absorbic acid) like C will greatly benefit the claen up the skeleton needs. > > > INteresting. Guest guest
I find taking c makes my body react. It's like it can possably stir up an infection that's sitting in a pocket of harmony with my immune system. Once I introeduce C it tends to stir things up. I possably mistalkenly thought this was a negative but it's possabl;y a positive. Remember our skin is covered by the worst bacteria capable of causing life threatening ilness many might have MRSA and aren't ill. It's possably this awakening and flushing by introing to our immune system pockets of infections sitting in no mans land that may be the key. It's also a bit like motion sickness(possably) take someone and shake them around and they get violently ill? > P.S. by vitamin C I mean ascorbic acid. The acid part is key. Guest guest
Thank you Tony. I find your posts interesting and I bet you are right about penicillin. Schardt said so too. Allright then, stay at high doses. I find myself craving this salty brine I am making. I handle it better this way than when I put 1 gram each into a big glass of water and drank it 7 times over the course of a day. But...why do you think the ascorbic acid is necessary with the salt? Just curious. I would like to know if together they inhibit bacteria at lower doses than alone. I should add that, when I take it, I do get some local reactions. For instance, my knee starts to bother me INSTANTLY. I also notice I cough up phlegm! And sometimes my upper left jaw bothers where I know I have latent infection. > Jill\ > Osmosis, but it doesn't kill everything it restricts growth by 50% > often.I notice some culture plates have a certain amount of salt > when trying to isolate certain bacteria.I wouldn't play the rampo up > ramp down game just go hard on the salt low levels are actually > bacterial requirement to make more cells.I would beleiev that using > salt to get your blood levels up to run around and take care of the > mush in your skeleton and adding a mild acid(absorbic acid) like C > will greatly benefit the claen up the skeleton needs. >
Guest guest
Jill It's like shaking someone up and they get ill if you go in exploring and the fight begins it's possably good if you've got all bases covered. get them to come out and blast them, don't make a home for them. tony > > Jill\ > > Osmosis, but it doesn't kill everything it restricts growth by 50% > > often.I notice some culture plates have a certain amount of salt > > when trying to isolate certain bacteria.I wouldn't play the rampo up > > ramp down game just go hard on the salt low levels are actually > > bacterial requirement to make more cells.I would beleiev that using > > salt to get your blood levels up to run around and take care of the > > mush in your skeleton and adding a mild acid(absorbic acid) like C > > will greatly benefit the claen up the skeleton needs. > >
Guest guest
I drank more of my brine after your posts . Then I get thirsty and am drinking lots of water too. But that's fine. At first I drink the very concentrated brine (krystal salt powder, and ascorbic acid powder). I think you're right, lower amounts, I might as well just skip it that day. > > > Jill\ > > > Osmosis, but it doesn't kill everything it restricts growth by > 50% > > > often.I notice some culture plates have a certain amount of salt > > > when trying to isolate certain bacteria.I wouldn't play the > rampo up > > > ramp down game just go hard on the salt low levels are actually > > > bacterial requirement to make more cells.I would beleiev that > using > > > salt to get your blood levels up to run around and take care of > the > > > mush in your skeleton and adding a mild acid(absorbic acid) like > C > > > will greatly benefit the claen up the skeleton needs. > > >
