glucocorticoids - not immunosuppressive

Coincidentally, I just read this article last night:

It says that GCs don't actually suppress the immune system in a

global way. They tend to decrease the Th1/Th2 ratio.

The caveat is that things can get less straight-forward when

looking at the local level in certain compartments.
